    • Built a full-stack real estate platform with an integrated Property Management System — listings, unit tracking, tenancy, and owner reporting — entirely in-house with AI-assisted development.
    • Delivered a business website with built-in Invoice & Quotation and Vendor Management systems, replacing manual processes with a branded digital workflow.
    • Led the complete JISR HRMS implementation and a full Microsoft 365 rollout across all departments.
    • Cut recurring software spend through system audits, vendor renegotiation, and replacing third-party tools with in-house platforms.
